Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are age 21 or older at the time of entry and are current Ivystone customers or employees/authorized representatives of a current Ivystone customer account. Employees of Ivystone Group, LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
Sweepstakes Period: Begins April 9, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
How to Enter: You may enter in one of two ways:
- Complete the Summer Trade Show Plans survey during the Sweepstakes Period and provide your email address in the designated field.
- To enter without completing the survey, hand print your full name, business name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and “Ivystone Summer Trade Show Plans Sweepstakes” on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Ivystone Summer Trade Show Plans Sweepstakes, c/o Ivystone Group, LLC, 301 Commerce Drive, Exton, PA 19341. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2026 and received by May 7, 2026.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple employees from the same store may each enter once.
Prize: One winner will receive one $250 Visa virtual gift card. Approximate retail value: $250. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if necessary. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
Winner Selection/Odds: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur within 14 days after the Sweepstakes ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
General: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and release Sponsor from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy: Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used only for administration of the promotion and winner notification, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices. Providing an email address for entry does not enroll an entrant in marketing emails unless the entrant separately opts in.
Winner Request: To request the winner’s name, email customerservice@ivystone.com within 60 days after winner confirmation.
