Capri Blue Program Details
- EBI participants will receive prioritized access to product over non-EBI participants, including those who order product through trade shows, asap or future-dated orders.
- Must accept backorders to participate in EBI
- Overall, must purchase $500+ in EBI qualifying skus to participate in EBI
- Orders must be placed by 5/31/2026
- Shipping windows are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Discounted freight promotions must ship by the 10/04/2026 shipping window
- Must be in good credit standing when your first order ships
- Credit terms will not be reviewed for EBI orders. EBI purchases can be made with a credit card if credit terms are not previously established
- Additions to your order can only be made by 5/31/2026 - no exceptions
- Order cancellations or deletion of products must be made no later than 5 business days prior to shipping week
- Excludes air shipment to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Freight promotion only applies to ground shipments in the contiguous U.S.

How to Order
If you are trying to order items that won’t be available to ship all at the same time, please follow one of the options below:
1. Place an order for your preferred shipping window. Because the EBI program requires retailers to accept backorders, the delayed items will ship out separately once they become available.
2. Place an order for a later shipping window that aligns with the item that has the latest estimated available-to-ship date. This will increase the chance that all items will ship at the same time.
