Thymes Holiday Program Details
- EBI participants will receive prioritized access to holiday product over non-EBI participants, including those who order holiday product through trade shows, asap or future-dated orders.
- Overall, must purchase $500+ in EBI qualifying skus to participate in EBI.
- Must accept backorders to participate in EBI.
- Orders must be placed by 6/3/2022.
- Shipping windows are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Discounted freight promotions must ship by 10/16/2022.
- Free testers are per corresponding fragrance case pack purchased and not valid for Pura collection.
- Must be in good credit standing when your first order ships.
- If not already set up on terms, EBI purchases must be made with a credit card.
- Additions to your order can only be made by 6/3/2022 - no exceptions.
- Order cancellations or deletion of products must be made no later than 5 business days prior to shipping week.
- Excludes air shipment to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Freight promotion only applies to ground shipments in the
contiguous U.S.

How to Order
If you are trying to order items that won’t be available to ship all at the same time, please follow one of the options below:
1. Place an order for your preferred shipping window. Because the EBI program requires retailers to accept backorders, the delayed items will ship out separately once they become available.
2. Place an order for a later shipping window that aligns with the item that has the latest estimated available-to-ship date. This will increase the chance that all items will ship at the same time.
3. Place separate orders based on available-to-ship dates, which will allow you to select both an earlier and a later ship date. Note that if multiple orders are placed, retailers cannot combine order totals across orders to qualify for promotions/discounted shipping.
