Sherpani comes from the Nepalese term for a female Sherpa. The team is forever inspired by the Sherpani who boldly broke down barriers and risked everything to summit Mt. Everest against the will of male dominated Nepalese society, government officials, and expedition sponsors.
With every journey, the Sherpani of Nepal are showing girls and women everywhere that no summit is out of reach. This fearless spirit is their guiding philosophy. Sherpani is actively involved in amplifying these values by supporting and funding scholarships for ethnic minority women in South Asia, as well as supporting nonprofit emergency family assistance programs in their hometown of Boulder, CO.
