"The trends for the industry are just really positive overall. And it's really important for our customers to understand that there's these big things that have nothing to do with COVID, nothing to do with what we've gone through the last 18 months. It's just big, good, big picture things for the industry", says Cofiell. "It's important to understand that you have to keep up on things, and be ready for when that new customer may come in. We have to know how to reach a new audience, and you have to understand that we are in a big shift in our overall business, and be ready to adapt to that shift."
